Every time I start a new project or take over a project from another PM, I look at the processes and what goals we want to achieve. And from project to project, I understand how important it is for us all to work together and assign the right role to everyone. Some time ago, I watched a documentary about the escape from Alcatraz. You can read about it on Wikipedia 

And I was incredibly impressed by what results can be achieved with competent management, a clearly set goal for everyone, even in conditions of limited, to put it mildly, resources and, in general, an unrealistic, as it initially seemed, plan. A competent leader will always lead the team to success!

Now every project and every challenge for me is a kind of escape from Alcatraz, if these guys could do it, then how can I be worse?
